As our Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for our Product Marketing communication with our operators/partners (POP) and cities, making sure that our app and services continue to be spread across the world. We are growing at an incredible speed, being present in over 20 markets and constantly entering new ones. This also means you have the space to take a proactive role to drive growth together with our ingenious product team and our successful sales and expansion team. You will be leading the product marketing and value proposition development in collaboration with these teams to ensure we can communicate our app and services in the best possible way!
Setting the marketing and communication strategy for the product marketing towards our upstream target groups
Developing content and sales material for our partners and operators together with the product managers and the needs of the local markets
Developing a POP specific content with (and without) creative agencies
Developing a communication plan focusing on Lead Nurture & Generation with Market Automation tools based on a solid content calendar
Acting as a hub at the headquarters and coordinating local marketing events in over 20 markets
Coordinating and work together with the local country directors and marketing managers in all our markets
You are a team player and build cross-functional relationships with ease
You are a self-starter with the desire to be part of a team dedicated to making a global footprint
You want to exceed expectations and you are not afraid to get your hands dirty to get things done
You are eager to learn and improve both professionally and personally
You are well-structured and able to manage multiple parallel workstreams at fast pace
You understand that well suited communication can both gain new customers and keep existing
We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:
BSc or MSc degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or similar field
3+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, project management or similar
Excellent problem-solving skills and excellent spoken and written communication skills
Experience in Social Media Promotion, Lead generation and Marketing Automation
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a deep understanding of stakeholder management and dealing with expectations
Experience in use of graphical tools like Adobe InDesign, PhotoShop is a merit
Fluency in English is a requirement, and more languages are meriting. Swedish is not required.
