PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER, £45,000 - £65,000 ANNUALLY | WORK FROM HOME

We're searching for a Product Marketing Manager that has a love for developing or early-stage digital products that make a difference and assist users in developing critical cyber skills. In addition to providing you with a variety of experiences, this role will support our portfolio of products while collaborating with our central marketing team. About the role

Working with our product teams (who include product managers, product designers, product developers, cyber security experts) you will:
 

  • Own communication of new features and benefits to our customers, managing the continuous development of product messaging, positioning and value propositions

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers using customer insights and research to validate the product roadmap and fuel product development

  • Work with cross-functional product teams to successfully assess and deliver multiple go-to-market strategies and marketing content

  • Develop and deliver excellent marketing content and core brand assets across various mediums for use by sales and marketing

  • Determine and measure success metrics for launch, growth and ongoing adoption, using this data to iterate and adapt

  • Run special events (e.g. webinars) to promote our products and engage our users further

  • You will be one of the first people in our company in this role, so you’ll really be able to take ownership and help our products and teams succeed by demonstrating your craft and getting us setup with all the best tools, activities and channels

About you

Essential Skills
 

  • A proven ability to define, own and deliver go-to-market strategies for acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention for technology products, with at least 3 years experience as a dedicated PMM.

  • Demonstrable ability to bring a product to market and accelerate growth for a company in early phases of product-market fit or growth.

  • A track record in either B2B or B2C, and growth marketing with a good understanding of channels.

  • Experience in performing customer interviews, writing blogs, or writing case studies.

  • Data fluency and an ability to show results through numbers and data (quantitative and qualitative). With a working knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends).

  • A willingness to learn and develop your technical understanding. You should feel confident in speaking to our technical team.

  • Flexible attitude to trying new things underpinned by an outcome-driven mindset.

  • Both collaborative when appropriate and independent in taking ownership, with a bias for action over planning and presenting.

  • Experience collaborating with partner companies to shape and build joint marketing strategies.

  • Experience in, or willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive and creative thinker who can not only create, gather and hypothesise campaign concepts but also help deliver them.

  • Willingness to use new and up-and-coming platform and tools, adopting an inquisitive mind to ensure our campaigns are using the best and most optimal channels for the target audience in order to keep the company and product relevant for our users.


 
Desirable Skills
 

  • Being in the business of cyber security or technology or professional skills teaching/learning & development, and having an interest or willingness to develop your skills and knowledge of cyber security in B2B and B2C contexts.

  • Experience using and choosing CRMs, analytics tools, customer communication platforms.

  • Experience in running webinars or events to promote and/or engage directly with customers.

  • Experience in productivity and work organisation/communication tools such as Jira, Notion, Slack.

  • Experience using all available channels (e.g. in-product, digital, social, PR, events).

  • Experience working within Agile product teams.
