PRODUCT MARKETER, WORK FROM HOME

As our Product Marketer, you will understand exactly how to convey the special advantages of our platform in accordance with expectations. You will play a key part in determining the needs of our broad and diverse audience and how we can best support their success. Your superpower is the ability to translate each feature into a result that is crystal clear for each persona that uses our platform. With major influence over marketing, sales, product, and the founding team, this is a highly cross-functional position.

What you’ll do
 

  • Strategic

  • Own the key messaging to bring product benefits and customer needs together

  • Partner closely with Product and Design to ensure customer needs are in line with the way we shape Journey Management.

  • Work alongside Product, Sales and Success to refine our messaging & positioning and develop core marketing materials.

  • Tactical

  • Leverage events, webinars, design critiques, feature brainstorms, and beta testing sessions to engage our customers.

  • Mingle in discussions in LinkedIn, on forums, and on our own Community channel

  • Gather and analyze customer insights to co-create best practices, playbooks and content for other users to use (together with the community lead and the CX lead).

  • Own the product marketing roadmap and oversee launch events from our product teams

  • Optimize visibility on third-party platforms that facilitate reviews such as G2, Capterra, Producthunt and other affiliates.

  • Create and manage budgets for our product marketing efforts.

What we’re looking for
 

  • A journey-centric mindset. You understand what content fits what phase of the journey and are not afraid to ask senior members of the team how to personalize content on a step level to really make it stick.

  • A customer-centric vision. You have an intrinsic motivation to making the world a more customer-centric place

  • A sense of style. You understand what it takes to make a SaaS B2B organization look and feel intuitive and cool(er).

  • A learning & growing mindset: our team size and the process will evolve many times over the next few years. We strive to improve and integrate what we learn continuously.

  • A self-managed individual that thrives in a scale-up phase where things move fast and sometimes break, and loves to improve things as we grow.

  • An ability to see big ideas all the way through to the daily execution

  • Strong soft skills, online and in-person

  • Social media savviness

  • Experience in PR is a big plus

  • You have 5+ years of experience working in product marketing, product management, or equivalent
