PRODUCT MANAGER, REMOTE | WORK FROM HOME | visajobshq.com

At TheyDo we believe that growth will be enabled from the product. Our freemium business model is a core pillar that allows customers to discover, try and get initial value from the product. This journey is in constant need of evolution and optimization. We’re still at the very early stages, and we expect you to shape and impact TheyDo’s growth model significantly. By enabling users to have a smooth landing in TheyDo, you’ll set them, but also our internal teams like sales & customer enablement, up for success.

TheyDo is a fully remote SaaS B2B organisation, pioneering a brand new category in software: Customer Journey Management. In December we announced our ‘Series A’ funding round, at €12m. Our angel investors include executives from Intercom, Miro, and Calendly. We serve enterprise customers such as IBM, Cisco and Atlassian. We’re a small but mighty team, and in 2023 we will triple our headcount.

What you will do

  • Research and manage the key ‘land’ journeys (Goals+Persona+Scenario) our ICP flows through

  • Evolve from experimentation into robust quantitative growth models, helping develop a clear understanding of growth levers (e.g. aha moment, time to value)

  • Systematically identify and test into lead generation channels and enable easy collaboration between our marketing and product teams

  • Discover and prioritize initiatives to optimize TheyDo’s product for growth

  • Own the roadmap for growth initiatives at TheyDo

  • Deliver high-quality work with your team during balanced cycles. We don’t believe that continuously sprinting is the best way.

  • Collaborate cross-functional and journey-centric with Marketing, Growth and Sales folks around the customer experience.

  • Help shape the foundation of what product management is and needs to be to build a thriving PLG business.

What we’re looking for

  • A genuine curiosity to experiment and measure the impact

  • An understanding of the initiatives that will drive the most significant business impact

  • A willingness to fearlessly question assumptions and challenge the status quo

  • The ability to identify and reduce friction in the user experience

  • Strong analytical skills, you’re data-driven and methodical

  • Effective communicator with strong prioritization skills. You know when to play offense, and when to play defense and can make a case for both towards stakeholders.

  • A self-managed individual that thrives working in a remote environment

  • A preference for written communication (you will write and collaborate async a lot!)

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in product management

  • GTM Experience with PLG is a big plus

  • Track record testing into and scaling new channels in a data-driven and systematic way

  • Experience working in a startup environment where roles and responsibilities are still being defined

  • Track record of running cross-functional (journey-centric) projects
