PRODUCT MANAGER, REMOTE | WORK FROM HOME

The Product Manager works with our Internal Tooling team that is creating the ability to automatically detect and communicate the next best action that should be taken by an individual who interacts with the customer in any way. This automation will allow for unprecedented operational efficiencies by equipping marketers, sales management, and other teams with the tools to create distinct marketing campaigns, engagements and insights based on each user’s interests and customer journey. This role will own the development, experimentation, rapid iterative improvement, and customer journey measurement. It will work closely with stakeholders to drive thought leadership to shape and evolve productivity improvements. It will drive the engineering team in constant refinements in speed and architecture that allow for continuous and meaningful advancements. This is a highly visible, business impacting position. The successful candidate must be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and naturally curious.

Responsibilities:

  • Deeply understand our stakeholders, their problems, where they find value, and consistently strive to improve our tools and technology to exceed their needs

  • Collaborate with marketing, innovation, engineering, analytics, and other business teams to make swift and smart decisions, ensure successful rollout and delivery

  • Gather robust requirements to ensure current and future needs are covered with the new technology solutions

  • Work with cross-functional partners (developers, BI, marketers, analysts, external vendors) to connect and maintain data

  • Build out foundational services such as audiences and experimentation, integrations, and customer statuses

  • Create interfaces and administrative tools to manage services for audiences and experimentation

  • Deliver against ambitious business objectives

  • Work with the team to determine the overall vision, technical capabilities and roadmap of the Decision Engine

  • Maintain the product roadmap, and clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities and desired outcomes throughout the company

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of product management experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Computer Science/Business Management/Engineering

  • Extensive experience working with engineers and developers to understand what is technically possible and how to translate stakeholder requirements

  • Strategic, results-driven contributor who is passionate about designing best-in-class experiences and staying at the forefront of cutting edge technology in the servicing space

  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams

  • A structured and data-driven thinker with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Experience designing creative, quality technical products and enabling business capabilities and objectives through technology

  • Skilled communicator with experience forming alliances and bringing together multiple stakeholders to execute on a common mission

  • Comfortable working on both technical platforms and user-facing features

  • Can distill complex problems into precise, simple, and delightful solutions

Preferred qualifications:

  • Proven track record with B2B SaaS tools in previous roles

  • Creative problem solver whose ideas are shaped by what they have learned, but not confined by it

  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Sales, Engineering, Analytics, Customer Support, Finance and Marketing

This role is open to candidates inside and outside of Colorado, but for those hired in Colorado the expected compensation range for this role is $115,000-$140,000/ YR. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. And the salary range for successful candidates outside of Colorado may differ based on location.
