As Product Manager at WCC you will be responsible for the entire product portfolio of one of our product lines. You will gain a complete understanding of your specific market domain; understand the business challenges our customers and prospects are facing and will be responsible for designing software that will solve these problems. You will have a clear product vision and share this vision both internally and externally. This vision will be based on your market knowledge, customer feedback, input from colleagues and your personal expertise.
Gain full understanding of the market and the domain, identify and dene market problems and opportunities. Develop new products or additions to existing products to address these opportunities. Calculate the return on investment and present the business case internally
Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap and delivery plan in support of solving market and customer problems
Collect feature requests from customers, consultants, and other stakeholders and integrate these into the roadmap.
Explain features to and prioritize features with the Product Owner of the software development team
Work with other program stakeholders to track customer feedback, market data, and competitive solutions to ensure the creation of a differentiating offering with a solid market
Create and deliver product demonstrations and roadmap brings to a wide range of audiences in various forums
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop positioning, go-to-market strategies, and product marketing material
Serve as an evangelist to inform and educate the user community
Have a professional level of English, both written and verbal
Have 4+ years of experience within product management, product marketing, program management, or development in the software industry
Have ability to inspire and motivate people to follow your professional guidance
Have experience in the e-learning, HR or Recruitment
Have the ability to cultivate team flexibility under changing conditions
