We, the User Monetization team create and hold an organizational-wide mindset and culture that everyone can and should contribute to monetization. Our goal is to ensure that our current profitable and rapidly growing subscriptions business runs flawlessly while empowering the org to execute on future product road maps. As a Product Manager, You will be an active member of the our User Monetization BU. You will work closely with a business-oriented full-stack team, you define and ensure implementation of the proper product strategy to convert and retain users to the Truecaller Premium offering. Familiar with subscription conversion and retention tactics, you are responsible to define and follow up on product requirements, AB tests, campaigns, price strategy and to track main KPIs on a daily basis. You leverage different communication channels to achieve your goal with the support of our designers. You work closely with main app stores and own the roadmap in regards to new programs participation.

What do we expect from you

  • 10 years minimum experience as a Product Manager for a B2C mobile app

  • Experience in subscription management for iOS and Android mobile apps

  • In-app conversion and retention tactics are no secret for you.

  • You know what KPIs are important to track and improve when it comes to monetization and retention

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal. You know how to summarize and communicate progress and status broadly

  • You have worked with in-app and marketing 3rd party tools such as Clevertap

  • Experience in running AB tests on a daily basis.

  • You have a perfect understanding of IAP, and specifically subscriptions, from the app store and technical perspective.

  • Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

What will you work on

  • Contribute to the product vision and roadmap for Truecaller user monetization

  • Track and continuously improve Revenue and number of Subscribers

  • Follow market best practices and industry standards

  • Set promotion campaigns, conversion and retention user journeys, in-app and outside of the app

  • Act as the main point of contact between the teams and different internal stakeholders.

  • Share regular updates on finance, planning and new initiatives to a broad audience.

  • Manage your backlog and define user stories

  • Work closely with the development team on a daily basis

It would be great if you also have

  • Web conversion experience

  • Marketing experience and knowledge

  • Run Marketing direct campaigns

  • Dev experience

This position is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
