PRODUCT MANAGER, $170,000 - $210,000 ANNUALLY, WORK FROM HOME

To oversee a core group of projects, we are looking for a product manager. You will ultimately be responsible for the results of the products we develop, ensuring that they are effective, intelligent answers to the problems that our users actually face. You'll be in charge of guiding teams through each stage of the product development process, figuring out the issues we're trying to solve, why we're addressing them, and ultimately what we're producing.

What you’ll do

  • Define and drive Tome’s product strategy in close partnership with the founders and the product team.

  • Plan and prioritize work alongside Engineering and Design in order to ship high quality products at a fast pace.

  • Develop and track metrics that ladder up to the company’s objectives.

  • Gather and translate insights from users to prioritize product features that attract and retain customers.

  • Help to establish the Product Management culture and hiring process at Tome.


 Who you are

  • You have in-depth experience shipping products that users love.

  • You are passionate about building tools that help people tell compelling stories at work.

  • You bring out the strengths of your teammates to solve problems.-You are an excellent communicator: able to rally a team around a goal, and effectively drive decisions where people might disagree.

  • You are comfortable using qualitative data (e.g. user feedback) and quantitative data (e.g. metrics, analytics) to make decisions.

  • You are motivated to grow and operate with autonomy in an often-unpredictable, fast paced environment.


 Compensation Range: $170,000/year to $210,000/year + equity + benefits
