An experienced Product Manager is needed to Become a market leader, giving the team the mortgage and business background they need to create a product that addresses the most crucial client challenges. Work closely with both current and potential clients to fully comprehend their needs and issues.
As one of the first product managers at Vesta, you'll work closely with the engineering, product, and design teams, as well as the founders, to:
Become an industry expert, providing the mortgage and business context necessary to the team to build a product that solves the most important customer problems Work closely with Vesta's existing and prospective customers to deeply understand their needs and problems
Help shape the evolution of the Vesta product, working with, and facilitating collaboration between, cross-functional stakeholders
Help shape the product team and its culture, and Vesta's as well
Note: We don't expect you to have a deep understanding of the nuances of the mortgage process or industry initially. However, success in this role will require a high degree of curiosity, persistence, and willingness to learn the mortgage ecosystem.

Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $150,000 - $197,500/yr. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
