A solid group of professionals with a wealth of knowledge and experience make up the Product Design Team. To foster independence and agility, our team works in a decentralized manner, with each Product Designer assigned to a separate product team. We prioritize delivering small, iterative chunks in order to maintain a good delivery cadence and carry out A/B testing in the market, even though we have high goals. Inside our Product Team, we prioritize end-user needs while maintaining alignment with business goals, all under the guidance of a user-centered design approach. We are a fearless, inquisitive, and ravenous group. We appreciate different points of view and teamwork, but in the end, data is what counts when making decisions.
Collaborate closely with product managers, marketers, engineers, and data analysts to identify growth opportunities and deliver UX solutions to achieve business objectives.
Lead the design process from ideation to implementation, leveraging user research, data analysis, and experimentation to inform design decisions.
Create intuitive and engaging UX Designs that boost user engagement, retention, and attract new audiences to our platform.
Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments to optimize key conversion funnels, user flows, and product features.
Analyze user feedback, behavioral data, and performance metrics to iteratively improve product design and drive continuous optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in growth design and apply them to our products.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on design experience, ideally working with customer-facing products within a product team.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop hypotheses based on both quantitative and qualitative data and iterate quickly based on insights provided.
Capability to pivot effectively and adapt to changes in user behavior, data findings, or company goals.
Proficient understanding of design thinking and other user-centered methodologies, with expertise in interaction design, typography, UX copywriting, composition, layout, and information architecture principles.
Familiarity with leading design software tools such as Figma, as well as a solid understanding of data interpretation tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel/Amplitude, and Google Analytics.
Blend a keen analytical sense with empathy for users, demonstrating the ability to consider the bigger picture while prioritizing user needs.
Confidence in articulating and defending design ideas, whether in one-on-one discussions or presentations to larger groups and C-level executives.
Fluency in English.
