A talented Product Designer who wants to work in a high-energy, multidisciplinary team is what we are looking for. Product designers and (machine learning) engineers will be able to work closely together as you develop new products. To design useful user experiences and features, you will be a part of the product discovery and delivery cycle. In order to address complicated challenges, you combine great execution skills with a curious attitude. You also have a passion for all things design. We offer Visa support in case you need to relocate to Berlin.
Min. 3 years of experience in designing end-to-end products.
Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
Experience with maintaining design systems
Experience with executing ux research/user testing/usability testing/behaviour tracking
Strong in creating user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
A proven track record of driving valuable design initiatives and taking ownership
A proven understanding of how design impacts company and product objectives
A portfolio showcasing a user-centred design approach, problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Interview process:
After your first interview where we get to know each other we will send you a case study challenge for you to complete. When you pass you will have another interview with members of the team and final interview with our founding team.
