We are seeking a talented, customer-obsessed, e-commerce-oriented product designer to join our design team, in our quest to build a world-class platform. This role is based in Berlin.
Design an ecommerce that is used by millions of customers across Europe
Follow a human-centered approach and apply both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to validate your solutions
Execute across all phases of design work: participate in research, define
conceptual foundation for design solutions, execute excellent UX flows,
apply visual design systems, participate or conduct usability testing
and support during implementation
Own the brand visual style guide: development, iteration and implementation
Create user journey flows, personas, sketches/wireframes, prototypes and UI
screens using an established design system with quality and elegance
from start to finish
Create a concise hierarchy and navigation for current and future experiences to create a superior product

You have at least 3+ years of design experience in digital products, specifically in consumer facing mobile and web applications
You are passionate about user research to understand user behavior and solve customer problems
You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates your thought process and aesthetic excellence
You bring ideas to life through prototype with a variety of tools and methods
You have a good foundation in user research, user experience and
interactive web best practices, or a strong willingness to learn
Basic understanding of the capabilities of HTML, CSS, React and Javascript or other front-end frameworks
You think in a structured and conceptual way, are proactive, forward thinking and detail oriented
Very good communication skills and a collaborative approach
You like solving hard problems and ask for support when you need it
You have experience working with engineering teams, and provide great documentation to implement your designs
You have the ability to iterate designs quickly and switch between different projects in a fast paced environment
You have strong project management and organizational skills
Experience working in e-commerce, wellness or F&B is a plus but not required
You are fluent in English verbally and written, German is a plus
