📋 What will my job look like on a daily basis?

â–¸ Conduct user interviews and run quantitative surveys to capture user inputs.

â–¸ Shape, prototype, and sketch using Figma.

â–¸ Maintain and improve the design system.

▸ Work closely with stakeholders (engineering, product management, sales, user success, marketing, ...) on technical challenges at a fast pace to solve the users’ problems.

â–¸ Participate to the QA efforts to review the design aspects.

â–¸ You'll be responsible to define a game plan with stakeholders and iterate quickly to validate your designs.

â–¸ Present your work (mostly asynchronously) to stakeholders and incorporate their feedback into an iterative process.

â–¸ Stay in touch on a weekly basis with the community and our customers.

â–¸ Bonus if you have experience working in a remote-first environment.


 

💙 About you

â–¸ You have strong experience in B2B, SaaS products, or similar solutions, proven by a well-organized portfolio.

â–¸ You bring a good understanding of the development world.

â–¸ You have a great English level.

â–¸ You are proficient with tools like Figma (requirement), Sketch, Invision, or AdobeXD.

â–¸ Bonus if you have some knowledge of the JavaScript Ecosystem (React, Node, APIs, ...) and you are ready to learn how to code to better understand our users.

â–¸ Bonus if you are familiar with CMS, Open-Source, and/or Cloud platforms.
