To help us generate excellent product documentation and guides for all of our products and features, we are searching for Product Content Specialists to join our Product Content team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the team with demonstrable skills, knowledge, experience, and curiosity, working with technical writers to enhance the content of already-existing product guides and with customer support to address customer problems by developing and disseminating better product and procedure documentation.
Responsibilities:
Write outstanding product guides and documentation
Provide measurable results for Customer Support, cutting down on the number of help requests by creating usable, result-driven documents
Review, organize and strategize existing product guides, suggesting useful improvements
Supplement documentation with screenshots and short videos
Work with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
Native English speaker or equivalent
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in technical writing and/or content marketing related to technology
Advanced facility in writing and proofreading content related to technology
Excellent communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively and accept constructive criticism
Ability to interview Customer Support and customers to gather feedback on product documentation
