The Product Analyst conducts research and interviews to test product-market fit, collaborates with senior business unit leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and refine new product concepts, and documents best practices for implementing our technology and teams to improve key outcomes in healthcare organizations.
Help shape the growth strategy for a major business unit within Press Ganey
Develop product strategy, market testing, collateral development, and executive presentation/facilitation skills, coached by a leadership team with decades of experience at top-tier consulting firms
Build subject matter expertise in health care workforce issues, employee engagement, resilience, burnout, retention, and culture building
Work with product management team and business unit leadership to develop new product concepts, build product testing decks, and co-facilitate conversations with client executives and potential partners to pressure-test and refine product parameters and value proposition
Build and manage a pipeline of research interview conversations with leaders representing key segments of Press Ganey’s client portfolio
Interview health care executives, operational leaders, and internal teams to discover and document high-impact best practices for translating Press Ganey capabilities into meaningful (and measurable) improvement gains
Bring the “how to” and “so what” of key best practices to life in a range of formats (from slide decks to online learning modules) – to generate excitement in the market as well as guide health care leaders to implement high-impact engagement strategies with their teams
Work with delivery teams to define operational requirements for new product concepts to underpin successful launch and scale
Provide cross-functional project management support for pilot projects, product enhancements, and new product launches
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
1-2+ years of product management, consulting, or research and analysis, preferably focused on products and services related to the health care workforce
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical and critical thinking skills.
Superior problem-solving ability, preferably within a customer environment
Familiarity with patient experience surveys and the healthcare regulatory environment is preferred
Superior project management, time management and organizational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively to ensure adequate resources are brought to bear to meet client needs from throughout the organization.
Experience creating market and client-facing deliverables
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and Web Conferencing
