As a Product Analyst you are an established analytical professional who can work independently with stakeholders in our digital product teams to define requirements and deliver actionable, durable insights. You are passionate about impact beyond the domain you serve, helping us to define best practices across the team to constantly improve the way we work. Collaborate with Product Leads and Owners in order to understand the strategic priorities for your domain and then execute against these with engaging work
Partner closely with the Product organisation (Product Owners, Software Engineering, UX, Data Science, Data Engineering) promoting a culture rooted in evidence-based decision making.
Communicate actionable insights clearly across the organisation highlighting the “so-whats” of your analyses in order to drive the growth of our business.
Explore and analyse customer behaviour and product performance data in order to detect growth opportunities for the HelloFresh digital product by improving user experience.
Strong experience in quantitative analysis roles, ideally including having worked closely with product teams
Excellent technical skills, including advanced knowledge of SQL and statistical programming languages like Python which we use
Advanced knowledge of data visualisation tools like Tableau which we use to create compelling visualisations to convey complex data
Experience with BI and related A/B testing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Optimizely, Looker, MixPanel, etc.
You are outcome oriented, and can take a business challenge, create actionable analytical insights against it, and align stakeholders on actions to create business value
