3+ years of experience in a Consulting role
Experience in client facing roles, working directly with clients
Experience in Private Equity Technologies (e.g. Sales, Implementation, Selection)
Passion for innovation and improvement to do things faster and better
Project Management skills to manage complex workflow type processes
