As part of our regulatory team, you will be solving the privacy challenges of a scaling organisation and product. You will have the chance to work with different stakeholders inside the company, including other teams in the Legal Division, DPO, People, Workplace, Product and many more. What will you be doing...
Developing privacy-compliant processes across Veriff’s entities
Creating and managing privacy-compliant documentation
Helping and advising other Legal teams in privacy-heavy contracts, questions and issues
Provide privacy-compliant counselling to our various product initiatives and services
Coordinating work with partnering law firms, if needed
Who are we looking for?
Master’s degree in Law and at least 3-5 years of legal experience, preferably at a law firm or an international company
Knowledge and practical legal experience in dealing with privacy and data protection matters (including GDPR), including drafting data protection and privacy related documentation, including in areas around employee privacy, workplace, direct marketing requirements, legitimate interest assessments, etc.
Excellent writing, communication, project management and presentation skills
An innovative and solution-oriented mindset
A team player mentality and the ability to interact with multiple levels in the company in an international environment

We presume your core knowledge is GDPR, however, in case you have superpowers around other privacy/data protection frameworks then you rock!
Knowledge around key regulations that concern Veriff’s business is an asset, e.g. financial services, crypto, gaming/gambling, mobility, digital identities, etc.
