For our Marketing team, we are looking for someone to join our small, cross-functional team and take responsibility for our public relations activities while also being involved in a broader range of marketing and communications activities. We'll support you with your move to Germany
PR activities: Create exciting stories to make gridX known and use your journalistic contacts to make them accessible to the general public.
Content writing: Write press releases, media releases, newsletters, blogs and/or case studies to promote our new solutions, partnerships and achievements.
Pitching : Proactively pitch ideas to podcasts, radio, TV, print and online media, and other channels to increase our reach.
Networking : Build and nurture relationships with clients, journalists and other media to build our brand and strengthen our network - via events, email and/or LinkedIn (or even Xing... if that's your thing).
Collaboration : Work with our employer branding, sales and product teams to develop new storylines, brainstorm new campaign ideas and ensure all external communications are accurate and up to date.
Strategy & analysis: Develop campaign strategies on how we can best reach our target groups - in Germany, throughout Europe and in other new markets. Analyze the success of campaigns and derive future PR strategies from them.

Network of media contacts in the European climate tech or energy tech sector
Experience turning technical topics into easy-to-understand, attention-grabbing stories
Enjoys meeting new people and proactively building relationships

Previous experience in PR: You should already have experience in the field of communication or public relations and have a proven record of writing high-quality press content.
Fluent German and English skills complete your profile.
