Performs organization, provides staff and plans supervision of all works in the field of power supply subsystems;

Examines in detail the plans and programs of the Contractor in the field of power supply subsystems and takes care of their compliance with other plans and programs of works. Participates in the activities of the Contractor on the planning and development of a dynamic work plan by giving advice, recommendations, referring to specifications, etc;

Organizes monitoring of the progress of works in the field of power supply subsystems in accordance with the plans and programs;

In case of deviation from the plans and programs, propose measures to overcome the problem;

In case of endangerment of life and property, it orders urgent measures and takes care of their implementation;

checks whether the installed materials are supplied with the necessary attestations, certificates, as well as other documentation proving the quality and whether they meet the appropriate standards;

Monitors the quality of work and the accuracy of measuring all quantities of work on power supply subsystems;

Constantly monitors the actual costs and quantities of all works performed by the Contractor;

Reviews and gives an opinion on the submitted requests of the Contractor for subsequent and unforeseen works on the power supply subsystem. Performs price analysis for subsequent and unforeseen works and gives recommendations to the Employer who makes decisions about it;

Controls invoices, receivables, as well as payment of orders for additional works on the power supply subsystem, ie variation orders;

Supervises the activities related to internal control performed by the Contractor and reviews his documentation. Selects samples for testing in an independent laboratory. Gives recommendations to the Contractor regarding measures to improve methods, equipment, materials, etc. For the needs of the Employer, he submits reports and reviews on the quality, quantities and values of works;

Reviews in detail the changes in the design and the measures proposed by the Contractor in the field of power supply subsystems. Depending on the size and significance of these changes, the questionable issues must be referred to the Employer to make a decision;

Controls and approves the as-built design prepared by the Contractor in the part related to the power supply subsystem;

Prepares documentation and participates in the process of testing and commissioning of power supply subsystems;

Establishes communication with relevant state authorities, companies and regulatory authorities;

Ensures that the Contractor and the Employer provide in a timely manner all necessary permits and consents of the competent authorities and public companies and institutions;

Participates in the work of the commission for handover of executed works;

Submits to the Employer regular and, at the request of the Employer, extraordinary reports and analyzes, concerning his domain of work;

Performs other tasks and activities necessary for the successful implementation of the Project.

University Degree in a relevant discipline

Knowledge of English language written and verbal

At least 10 years of general professional experience

At least 5 years of professional experience on underground metro construction projects successfully completed
