Manage general agendas for the Group Director of Global Sourcing

Organize appointments and business trips, as well as preparing for and following up on international meetings and workshops

Corresponde with national and international colleagues and external partners in German and English

Research information as the basis for decisions, as well as the creation and preparation of presentations

Perform specific tasks with maintaining the necessary confidentiality

Completed commercial training, university entrance qualification or ideally a university degree

Several years of professional experience in the area of management assistance and in an international company

Sound experience in using a PC (especially MS Office)

Business-fluent English skills

Reliable, structured and independent way of working

Very good communication skills and a high degree of diligence

Versatile and responsible field of activity within a modern, internationally operating group of companies
