We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to launch and manage our demand generation campaigns. You will find new tactics that generate pipeline and revenue. You will become an expert in the Metadata platform and run paid campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and new advertising channels like TikTok. You will report to our Senior Demand Generation Manager and help take on revenue goals.
Manage paid advertising campaigns focused on driving new pipeline, including specific inbound demo and opportunity goals
Manage experimentation process to find new channels, tactics, audiences, and content that improve results
Build your personal brand on LinkedIn to build relationships with other B2B marketers
Work closely with Sales to ensure lead routing is efficient and lead quality is maintained
Work with our Marketing team to deliver best-in-class campaign experiences
3+ years of B2B paid media or marketing experience at a high-growth startup
Expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
Experience with Hubspot and Salesforce
You love telling stories with data - excel pivot tables and charts are your jam
You have an experimentation and optimization mindset
You can distill complex concepts into 'explain like I'm five' language
You hate marketing buzzwords just as much as we do; you write like you talk
You aren't expecting a "how to do your job" playbook waiting for you
You want to continue building your personal brand
You don't take yourself too seriously and enjoy a good GIF
