You will be a key pillar of support for the People Operations and wider HR team. You should be able to adapt to changing priorities and business needs, and be proactive in ensuring our global team receives an exceptional level of support and guidance.
Your mission
Own the processing of global new hires and leavers including onboarding & offboarding, ensuring that all team members have a friendly and professional experience
Ensure data integrity across the core HRIS system (Namely)
Act as the first point of contact for day to day queries from team members and managers
Action HR service desk requests in a timely and accurate manner
Data input for payroll, ensuring all detail is captured in a timely and accurate manner
Process employment benefit enrolments across UK and USA and manage queries from team members
Ensure the integrity of electronic employee files
Produce HR documents including letters, contract amendments, and references
Support the HR Business Partner, Onboarding Manager, and wider HR team with requests and projects.
Requirements
Your expertise
Qualification related interests eg. Human Resources (HR), Industrial Psychology or Business Management or two years of experience in a generalist or HR administration role, ideally within a growth-stage tech company with exposure to either an all-remote or hybrid environment
Understanding of the entire team member lifecycle
Strong organizational, time management and execution skills.
