The People team is the team within our company with the goal of creating a spectacular end to end people experience for our employees. We have experience working at some of the most respected startups and fast growing technology companies in the world. We are solving interesting challenges such as scaling the company rapidly while developing a culture of innovation and equality. The People team is split into two squads, the People squad and the Talent squad but we work cross-functionally on a variety of projects.
Responsible for delivering on day-to-day HR tasks, supporting employees in all avenues of the employee lifecycle
Assist with employee requests related to onboarding, benefits, leave of absences and policies
Assist in getting Payroll accurate and delivered to partners on time
Work on people data analytics and supporting reporting requests
Build, optimise and continuously iterate on processes like onboarding, providing new hires with a delightful experience along the way
Develop a strategy which will allow us to build a fully remote team across the world
Support onboarding and off-boarding of employees globally
Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant regulations and requirements to minimize risk and exposure to the company
Help drive process improvements and provide outstanding customer service
Support us in building a fair and equitable approach to pay and benefits
Support us in building a fully remote culture where people feel high levels of connection and belonging
Track and analyse key people metrics, providing insights to the whole company
Put in place processes the ensure we are compliant from a people perspective
Evidence of continued learning and/or equivalent work experience
Forensic attention to detail, driving best practice at all times
You’ve had experience developing and implementing key people processes like onboarding
An innovate, adaptable approach to ways of working, with exceptional customer care at the forefront of all activities
Ability to work at pace in an environment that is ambiguous and start up
Some experience of working in an impactful People Operations function, or related HR function
Thrives as a self starter, pro-active and agile in approach
Ability to ensure compliance of company internal policies with local legal regulations (in partnership with relevant employment law experts)
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Proficiency with HR systems
Experience of payroll within a minimum of one country in Europe, ideally several
Your passionate about building remote cultures with high levels of connection
Your a hustler and can adapt of the fast pace of working in a scaling startup
You’ve got experience with people compliance e.g background checks
Ability to manage time and conflicting priorities, whilst effectively managing expectations

Our interview process takes place on Zoom and tends to consist of the following stages:
Initial screen (20-30 minutes)
People Operations - Automation/Tools/Processes (30-45 minutes)
Final interview (1 hour)
