Key Responsibilities
Scale Global Mobility solutions and systems to support company's growth
Guard and act on the continuous improvement of Mobility materials, such as notion pages, templates, checklists, etc.
Create and maintain internal workflows to support team's efficiency and train team members as needed
Act on the continuous improvement of internal Jira software/service management project
Create and maintain internal and external customer journeys
Review and escalate any possible complications to be managed on a timely basis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote team alignment and build out solutions to ensure smooth program development
Produce accurate and timely reporting of Mobility program to relevant stakeholders as requested
Partner with the internal stakeholders, product team and global mobility suppliers on data integrity and data integration within systems
Keep track of SLAs and team's continuing meeting and improvement of the SLA
Ensure compliance with the company’s policies, educate and advise stakeholders regarding Mobility requirements, processes and matters, as needed
Promote team's structure, rituals and ways of working in an agile way
Collaborate with a growing Global Mobility team on other team's initiatives and projects as assigned
Requirements
1 year in a law firm or legal environment
2 years project management experience
2 years global mobility experience
2 years experience with case management systems and workflows
2 years experience creating presentations, reports and/or dashboards to a wide array of audiences including Executive-level management
Knowledge of change management and agile methodologies
Ability to translate complex immigration concepts to various stakeholders
Ability to recognize the most important priority and get it done
Desired Skills and Competencies
Strong data integrity management and data analytical skills
Excellent organizational skills as well as the ability to manage concurrent high priority initiatives while meeting committed deadlines
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills as well as facilitation skills
Experience with JIRA Software. Slack and notion a plus
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Attention to detail, accuracy, and working with highly confidential data
