Our team is in charge of directing operational strategy projects from conception to completion as well as ensuring cross-functional efforts throughout our Operations (Legal, Business Operations, Product, and Growth) are successfully implemented. In this role, you will:

  • Become responsible to prepare, support and proactively challenge organisational changes from Product and Business Operations stakeholders in Operations Departments

  • Fully leverage and further develop critical business skills including quantitative and qualitative analysis, project management, communications, stakeholder management and leadership in a high-functioning team environment

  • Lead Operations projects end-to-end from initial strategic design to delivery execution to ongoing improvement and management

  • Become responsible for initiation, planning, organising and directing the completion of specific projects while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget and within scope

What you need to be successful:

  • Relevant experience in financial services and in project management fields

  • Experienced in fast-paced work environment or consulting company

  • Good to have graduated with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics or a related field

  • Experience in fast-paced environment is a plus

  • Language English, German is a plus

Background & Skills:

  • Relevant experience in financial services and in project management

  • Passion for the banking industry and an interest in deepening your knowledge of the banking business.
