We’re currently building a team that will focus on setting up & optimization of our Sales team processes. We are looking for the Operation Process Analyst who will ensure all current processes and instructions are documented in the company knowledge base, review applicable rules and logic as well as track procedures execution.
Key responsibilities:
Evaluate GetResponse MAX policies, operations, and procedures, identify any shortcomings or opportunities for improvement; develop and implement new projects to ensure optimal Sales and Operational performance
Determine appropriate methods to analyze the operational performance and revenue streams
Implement methods and logic supporting
Build Sales Playbook - with new processes and procedures to enhance Sales and Operational efficiency and productivity
Work with managers and teams to implement changes
Ensure processes and instructions are documented in the company knowledge base
Monitor post-launch process to determine the effectiveness of new processes
Establish and maintain quality standards
You may be the perfect match if you:
Have 2+ years of experience as an operations analyst or in a similar position
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Have an eye for detail
Have excellent multitasking and time management skills
Have strong communication skills
Are assertive
Speak fluent English
It would be nice If you have:
Experience in centralizing operations for Sales teams
Experience using statistical and database software
Project management skills
