OPERATIONS MANAGER, REMOTE | WORK FROM HOME

The operations team within Revenue Cycle Management will be led by an accomplished operations manager who will work closely with the Head of Insurance Operations. This person would collaborate with their team to make operational upgrades that would improve our KPIs, such as lowering the amount of bad debt and uncollected accounts receivable across all of the insurance payors we deal with. This person must comprehend how to efficiently scale operations while enhancing operational performance. Additionally, they ought to have a lot of expertise in managing and developing productive teams.

You’d be a great fit if you...

  • Have 5+ years of experience leading operations teams at healthcare organizations especially if you have specific experience in Revenue Cycle

  • Are hyper-focused on creating the most efficient processes and driving operational improvements with your team. Deep understanding of how processes are connected to driving KPIs

  • Have a strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Can identify individual and team opportunities and execute a plan to improve performance. Ability to performance manage individual team members when necessary

  • Can solve problems by leveraging data analyses to identify the biggest opportunities, come up with hypotheses, and think about how to test out potential solutions

  • Have a strong track record of juggling multiple initiatives and clear ability to prioritize most important stuff. Highly organized and able to keep projects and priorities on track

  • Are able to execute by taking an idea and bringing it to life by hitting deadlines and ensuring goals are being met. Strong attention to detail; can identify mistakes and course correct quickly

  • Are comfortable using tools like Excel to perform data analysis. Can structure and articulate more complex analyses to data experts

  • Understand the strategy and macro goals of an organization and can determine how those should influence the priorities of a team or department

  • You’re collaborative by nature, relish in camaraderie and group wins, and are looked to by your colleagues as a steadfast partner and source of encouragement

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment, and you’re able to pivot as new priorities emerge.

The salary range for this position is $133 - 158K per year.
