To help us in our mission to create the best creative experience, we are recruiting for a solutions-focused Operations Excellence Associate. You will participate in one of the department's primary duties by joining the growing Operations Excellence team. You will be working on the operations process' staffing front while gathering information and making recommendations on how to make it run more smoothly. Your position will directly contribute to enhancing a crucial organizational area at our business and bringing about change, reporting to the operations manager.
Report on and understand our creative team's concerns and sentiment
Monitor staffing KPI to ensure our creatives and project managers can always deliver great products rapidly
Identify issues and potential improvements in the operations process
Monitor accounts on a regular basis to ensure optimal staffing levels
Support the Operations team in optimizing processes
Become an expert on our processes to act as a resource for other team members
1-2 years of past experience in operations (at a tech start-up or scale-up is a bonus)
High personal standards for quality, accountability, and reliability
Excel or Google Sheets savvy with the ability to do index matching and data analysis
Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills with the emotional intelligence needed to handle delicate situations
Sense of project management and dealing with different stakeholders
Proficiency in verbal and written English
Outstanding attention to detail and analytical skills
