• Position: Operations Event Manager

• Employer: Acclaimed Prestige events caterer

• Salary : £28,000 per annum

• Location: Northolt, London

• Working days / hours: 39 hours within a 5 to 6 day week

You will be overseeing and mainly implementing the right processes and practices across the organization. The specific duties will include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance. Oversee all operations from development, production, right up to delivery. Contact point for all clientele; Liaise with different departments to guarantee successful events; such as marketing, sales team, restaurant management team and lead chefs and responsible for all event staff, hires and trains new employees as well as provides leadership, motivation, direction and support to current team. Ensuring compliance with health & hygiene protocols, monitoring & maintaining cleanliness, ensuring requisite supplies and equipment available, general facilities management, cost analysis and review, preparing reports.

To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements:

• Eligibility to live and work in UK

• Experience or equivalent qualification at required level

• Have worked in Catering and Hospitality establishments within Asian cuisine and be familiar with the cuisine (though not essential)

• Display leadership and be motivational and inspirational to junior staff

• Be performance, achievement and results driven

• Have an eye for detail

• Have critical thinking and on the problem solving skill
