Your main responsibility will be to assume control of our current operational tooling, ITSM installations, and knowledge applications with the goal of customizing the environment by compiling stakeholder requirements and converting them into best-of-breed solutions. You'll need to be adaptable as you support our constantly changing tool landscape and develop our knowledge management solution. We accept applications from anyone everywhere. About you
Previous and demonstrable knowledge in building API integration's, and Jira Service Management ( Cloud ) & Confluence ( Cloud ) maintaining Operational services ITSM and Knowledge Management environment. Knowledge of any of the following Pagerduty, Slack, New Relic, Grafana,Tableau & Git. You will have strong stakeholder management skills working with both internal and external partners with the ability to influence shape and implement strategic direction for operational tooling in use. You will have experience of design and implementation, providing effective delivery of projects and continuous improvement initiatives and experience of providing support and training to support the roll-out of new ITSM, Knowledge Base and Tooling features and developments.
