Your primary role will be to take ownership of our existing operational tooling and ITSM installations and knowledge applications with a view to evolving and customising the environment by gathering stakeholder requirements and turning them into the best of breed solutions. You will need to be flexible and work to support our ever-evolving tooling landscape whilst maturing our knowledge management offering. We welcome applicants from across the world. Previous and demonstrable knowledge in building API integration's, and Jira Service Management ( Cloud ) & Confluence ( Cloud ) maintaining Operational services ITSM and Knowledge Management environment. Knowledge of any of the following Pagerduty, Slack, New Relic, Grafana,Tableau & Git. You will have strong stakeholder management skills working with both internal and external partners with the ability to influence shape and implement strategic direction for operational tooling in use. You will have experience of design and implementation, providing effective delivery of projects and continuous improvement initiatives and experience of providing support and training to support the roll-out of new ITSM, Knowledge Base and Tooling features and developments.
