The ideal applicants must have a minimum of six months of experience in retail or sales in a fast-paced environment
Ensure a clean, efficient, neatly organized stock room.
Perform accurate inventory counts (mark up, mark down, etc.)
Maintain the Crew Store.
Receive, log, and unload all merchandise that boards the vessel in preparation for each cruise.
Assist in the ordering of merchandise through inventory management system.
Support daily promotions such as purchase with purchase and special events and themed activities.
Assist with price adjustments, floor moves, and receiving merchandise stock.
Consistently ensure sales targets are met and/or exceeded.
Minimum age for all applicants is 21 years.
Must have clear criminal record.
Must not be on any chronic medication and have clear medical history.
Minimum six months of experience in retail or sales in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate strong knowledge, enthusiasm and passion for the product, characters and story telling
Able to story tell and portray the role of Fairy Godmothers Apprentice or a Pirate for several hours at a time
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to demonstrate a focus towards exceeding Guest satisfaction and sales goals in order to exceed incentive targets which impacts the individual, team and overall
Must be able to lift and/or move 40 pound items
Computer efficient
Experience and knowledge of hair, make-up and/or nail application preferred
Multi-lingual preferred
