We’re looking to hire a part-time, remote Customer Service Representative (with a medical-related job background). For this role, you will act as a liaison, accurately and efficiently providing product and service information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging customer problems for our company venture.
Seniority Level: Mid-Senior Level
Responsibilities
Answering questions about Winona’s products and services
Delivering information about Winona’s offerings
Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining professional customer support
Handling customer complaints and identifying the appropriate response and strategy to solve customers' issues as quickly as possible
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Take the extra mile to engage with customers
Requirements
Experience working in a medical-related job
Confident in using Slack as a communication tool
Hands-on experience in Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, and other computer basics
Strong customer service experience
Ability to work evenings in the US timezone, including weekends
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and a good sense of judgment
A personal computer with stable internet
