We are looking for a Project Manager where the primary role will be the onboarding of new customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the onboarding process of new clients, implementing new projects, and ensuring successful project delivery. The Project/Implementation/Onboarding Manager will work closely with our sales team, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time, within budget, and with high quality. When we are not onboarding new customers, the PM will be responsible for managing other projects around the business. This is a permanent work from home role so the only commute you will need to worry about is getting to your home desk.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Managing Client implementation and onboarding process from start to finish.
Plan and implement new projects, working closely with commercial team and bid manager to ensure client requirements are met.
Define project scope, goals, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and communicate these to all stakeholders.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
Develop project schedules, track progress, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Manage project resources, including both internal and external teams, to ensure project objectives are met.
Ensure that project documentation is up-to-date and accurate, including project plans, status report and change requests.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for project-related issues.
Provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
Continuously improve the onboarding process by implementing best practices and process improvements
ABOUT YOU:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, project management or related field.
3+ Years experience in project management or client onboarding in a BPO environment.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans and timelines, identify and mitigate risks, and deliver projects on-time and within budget
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and project teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working as a Business Analyst is advantageous.
Experience in process improvement and implementing best practices.
PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
