Reporting to the F&B supervisors , you can expect your working day to include the following.
Attending to customers upon entrance
To be responsible for restaurant, keeping buffets fully stocked with fresh dishes and clearing away dirty plates and cutlery.
To be responsible for the cleanliness of all equipment used in the restaurant and ancillary areas.
Taking food and drink orders from customers with a pleasant attitude
Preparing drinks and serving them to customers in a timely manner
Running food orders from the kitchen, verifying that they are correct, and serving them to customers
To ensure that all guests are dealt with in a professional manner in accordance with company standards.
Experience in a customer facing role is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner
Excellent interpersonal skills
