Set up, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns and budgets using Google Ads.
Communicate with clients and project team members on all elements of the campaign, including planning, performance, and project status.
Collaborate with the Creative Department to improve performance for our awesome clients.
Analyze performance data and provide intelligent synthesis, interpretation, and appropriate action plans based on solid conclusions.
Perform regular tracking and analysis of a campaign's performance, including A/B testing for creatives to optimize for engagement/conversions.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports, present results during meetings, both with team and client.
Review new content submissions (banners, video ads), and provide smart feedback if changes need to be made before testing.

Have managed 20k+ monthly ad spends per project/client.

2000-6000 USD GROSS SALARY. All are dependent on the result and project scope. We operate with a profit/share model.
