We are looking for an entrepreneurial Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team. The Marketing Specialist's goal will help us achieve our brand and business objectives on both shared e-scooters and e-bikes in Belgium. You will report to the Senior Marketing Manager in Brussels. This position is based in Brussels and will travel in the whole of Belgium.
Develop our e-scooter and new e-bike services in Belgium
Ensure local marketing and communication plans and campaigns are effectively implemented
Support performance marketing (translations, definition of content)
Support local PR (monitoring, sourcing, day-to-day follow-up)
Support local Social Media accounts (community management, local contents sourcing, production and publishing)
Coordinate local brand partnerships with key events, influencers or places
Get local insights and data on the market, brand, competition and ridership
Collaborate with several stakeholders: the Central Marketing team (yearly planning, campaigns, SNS, design...), the Belgium General Manager and Area Managers and other central teams (Product, Data, Growth, Pricing, Legal, Customer Services)
1-3 years of experience in marketing/brand management
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French or Flemish/Dutch
Based in Brussels with flexibility to travel (Covid-19 permitting)
Active and collaborative with a great work ethic
Data-driven with excellent problem-solving skills
