As part of the Sales and Marketing Distribution Center of Excellence (CoE), you will deliver deep expertise, insights, and best practices to the EAME (Europe Africa Middle East & Eurasia) distribution channel (Caterpillar Dealers) in the area of marketing and sales. Relocation is available for this position. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible applicants.
You will lead an exceptional team of internal consultants (10-14) in :
Driving the execution of sales and marketing plans with our dealer network both for prime product and aftermarket.
Ensuring marketing and sales processes, tools and structures both internally and within our dealer network are in place and fully optimized for both short-term (ABP) execution as well as strategic growth objectives.
Working closely with our internal partners to help develop and execute a digital marketing strategy to engage customers with particular focus on retail segment.
Acting as a thought leader within Distribution Services for strategic development in marketing and sales area within the EAME region
You will have:
10 to 12 years of experience in sales and marketing and a successful track record of driving change and transformation in large organizations.
Minimum of 5 years management experience
Retail consumer / customer needs product and services
Experience of executing digital marketing, SEO, email, social media, Adwords optimization.
Experience in designing offers and coordinating customer campaigns in line with relevant target segment selection.
Adept in analytics to drive decisions and transformation across the organization
Direct customer engagement experience in Africa, Middle East Eurasia and Europe.
Experience in driving omnichannel customer engagement.
Sales funnel management experience
Experience in establishing a CRM
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Construction Mining and/or Energy and transportation industries would be beneficial but not essential
Fluent in English. French & Arabic a plus.
