We are looking for a Marketing Ops Manager to join the Revenue Marketing team. This person will work closely with the Director of Demand Generation & Performance Marketing to drive pipeline and revenue growth. This person needs to have deep technical expertise in developing and implementing sophisticated marketing technology stacks and driving data-driven insights and segmentation to enhance lead-to-customer conversion.
As an early member of the marketing team, you will wear many hats and will join a small team of experts to create a lasting brand. In this role you will contribute in the following ways:
Onboard and manage our marketing technology stack.
Own software implementation, train team members to use new tools, create scalable and repeatable marketing processes, build dashboards, develop an attribution model, and own marketing campaign reporting and analytics.
Own the strategy and execution of marketing automation workflows, marketing campaign builds, and email marketing.
Help pave the way for the creation of a Rev Ops function who will be a key partner/stakeholder to Marketing Ops, and Demand Gen more broadly.
Support a small but mighty in-house design team with tools/software to help them operate at scale.
4+ years of experience in marketing or revenue operations at fast-growing B2B SaaS companies
Bachelor’s Degree, Marketing concentration a plus
Deep understanding of marketing contact and account data management best practices, including lead routing, field mapping, and integrating different systems to drive efficiencies.
Salesforce fluency (required), marketing automation platforms (required), and other MarTech and RevOps systems (strongly preferred).
Track record of building and maintaining useful marketing performance reports / dashboards.
Expertise analyzing performance of marketing campaigns, measuring ROI and making strategic recommendations to optimize campaign and budget decisions.
Ability to manage highly interdependent, complex projects and keep various swim lanes on track with minimal guidance.
Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively as part of a remote team.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to succinctly. communicate complex concepts to a broad audience.
Experience with food tech or HR tech is a plus.
