We are looking for a Marketing Associate to join the Marketing Team. This team is in charge of leveraging consumer insights and business inputs to deliver effective and impactful marketing initiatives in Brazil. In collaboration with the Marketing Strategy and the Digital Marketing teams, your role will be to build efficient marketing plans to achieve the growth target in Brazil, with an effective measurement process in place and marketing discipline developed. This position requires a sharp, analytical mind and strong entrepreneurial spirit. You should be able to envision and plan future projects in advance while rolling up your sleeves to ensure that the current ones are as efficient as possible. Setting up and running marketing campaigns
Collecting, formatting and analyzing marketing KPIs to measure performance
Sharing best practices with other marketing teams, both local and central
Participating in the development of new projects locally
Your Qualifications
You have ~5 years of experience with marketing planning/execution, managing owned channels, agencies and delivering campaigns/projects in time, while optimizing budget
You have media expertise (off and on)
You have strong negotiation skills for different types of partnerships (acquisition, retention and brand), and with other external stakeholders (agencies, freelancers, etc)
You are interested in growth hacking
You have excellent communication skills and enjoy sharing and learning from others
You are organized, results-driven, and are able to work autonomously, under short deadlines and prioritizing in a changing environment
You are fluent in English and Portuguese. Spanish is a strong plus.
