As a marketing assistant, you will be primarily responsible for coordinating all tasks related to the client’s digital campaign launches and campaign tracking. Additionally, you will assist your team however necessary to ensure the highest level of service and client satisfaction.
Maintain all campaign requests & projects trackers for internal team, clients, and agency partners
Creative asset management
Update internal team and divisions on upcoming campaigns, assets and landing pages needed and confirm any outstanding questions/issues
Track all new landing page requests to ensure quality & on-time delivery
Assist team with project coordination and tracking
Attend weekly client calls and provide campaign launch updates
Attend status calls with agency partners
Bachelor's Degree preferred
