As a marketing assistant, you will have the chance to showcase your creativity both inside our current brands (Embedded Talent, Scala Matters, and Rust Matters) and maybe within any future brands we introduce. You'll collaborate closely with our founding team member and marketing manager in a dynamic work environment that emphasizes innovation, teamwork, and excellence.
Help manage the company's social media accounts, including creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing metrics to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives.
Contribute design ideas to our tech platform.
Organize Embedded Talent events and other meet-ups under our brands.
Write blogs on relevant topics.
Engage with the community for Scala Matters & Rust Matters.
Attend industry events globally.
Film and edit videos of events & team.
Support in setting up a podcast and other initiatives.
Create company merchandise.
Organize internal events and team activities.
Proactive.
Creative.
Strong desire to learn and grow.
Naturally curious – constantly keeping up to date on the latest trends and innovations within our industry.
An excellent eye for detail - ensuring all work is of the highest standard possible, continuously reviewing work, and striving to progress.
Experience in using Canva (professionally or personally).
Happy to take on all kinds of tasks with a 'can-do' attitude
A personable individual who is willing to get involved with the team socially and has a flexible & adaptable mindset
