For this role, we have a salary band between 50,000€ and 63,000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process. We offer you a permanent contract, a BVG ticket and relocation support for international applicants moving to Germany.
Working in a cross-functional team consisting of data engineers, data scientist and data analysts, you are responsible for the conception, optimization & implementation of marketing analytics projects
As owner of the marketing planning process, you communicate with colleagues across the company and set up a sustainable and scalable planning process for traffic and marketing costs
As an Intersection between data & analytics and marketing channels, you are responsible for the development, definition and maintenance of marketing KPIs (e.g. ROI, CLV, Retention Rate, CPV)
You build KPIs & dashboards for marketing teams in Tableau
You handle important ad hoc requests (e.g. change of the monthly planning figures or adjustments of the marketing budgets) from the senior management level
Together with our central tracking analysts you further develop needed tracking to optimize marketing channels and marketing tech landscape
2 or more years of experience in an analytics role in the field of marketing (ideally in the field of online marketing)
At least 1 year of experience in both SQL and BI reporting tools, ideally with Tableau - proficient knowledge of another programming language, ideally Python, is a plus
Affinity for processes and process optimization as well as positive and energetic personality
Basic understanding and interest in e-commerce
Passion for crunching numbers, creative problem-solving and the drive to go from data to action
Great story-telling and visualization skills such as a solution and process-oriented mindset and pragmatic working style
Structured way of working as well as a high level of proactivity
