As a Market/Business Researcher, can have a real impact by driving strategic research and identifying the opportunities to make the healthcare experience more human by gathering the knowledge about problems and needs of people across the different markets and discovering the market trends and new directions. What does the role of a Market/Business Researcher do?
Drive the strategic market and business research that will empower company decision makers with their next directions
Identify market trends that will support product development, organizational processes and company strategy
Identify potential opportunities for innovation in healthcare sectors.
Analyze our direct and indirect competitors and help us always being one step ahead
Work closely with managers and leaders to support their decision making process about next strategic initiatives
Evaluate and quantify the value coming from the opportunities and related risks you identified through your research
Requirements
Who are you?
What skills and experiences do we want you to have?
You have 3+ years of experience in one of the following areas: market research, user research, corporate development, business development or similar.
You are a great communicator/storyteller - Clearly communicate compelling insights and recommendations, you know how to attract your stakeholders with your findings through a variety of mediums.
You have the ability to manage and balance multiple projects at once.
You are big picture thinker with attention to detail.
It requires verbal and written fluency in English and Italian.
Which skills are ‘bonus points’?
Experience in the eHealth / healthcare sector.
Fluency with one of the other languages from Docplanner markets is the strong benefit (Portuguese, German, Polish, Italian, Spanish).
