We are looking for an ambitious, highly organized, and empathetic Management Associate to support our team. As Management Associate, you will help our leadership teams operationally by providing support on the planning and execution of special projects and tasks. In this position, you will get exposure to leadership and report to the Chief of Staff to the CEO.
You are a strategic thinker with business savvy; you can break complex problems into smaller ones, are able to navigate ambiguity and bring structure when needed
You have the passion and curiosity to develop a strong understanding of our business, with a strong appetite for growth and a can-do attitude
You have the ability to learn new concepts quickly and to produce quality work in short time frames
You have well-developed project management skills: strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create order out of chaos
You have a generalist skill set that is equally comfortable analyzing data, coordinating global teams, and producing compelling reports
You are experienced in data analysis, Excel and Powerpoint and have the ability to build concise and illustrative presentations
You have exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) in English
You are genuine and confident and have the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
You enjoy working in a dynamic, constantly-changing, international environment
Support the Chief of Staff and management team on the development and implementation of Truecaller’s global strategy and transformation initiatives
Collect and analyze the data needed to support the management team’s decision-making
Collaborate on content development (presentations, reports, memos) and preparation for key forums to support the management team’s decision-making
Assist in, and eventually independently manage the design and implementation of special projects and initiatives; monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Proactively identify and solve operational problems by developing and driving processes that build efficiency, remove obstacles and improve ways of working across the organization
Facilitate cross-functional alignment across the company; establish, maintain and coordinate initiatives across the organization
A degree in business, economics, or a related field, Master’s preferred
1-2 years of relevant experience in an international environment
Experience within top tier management consulting or a similar project management role in a high-growth organization in the tech industry would be highly meriting
