As a Management Associate in Product & Technology (PTX) Operations , you will partner with our Leadership to source, define and operationalize strategic partnerships of the PTX organisation with its key stakeholders. Your work will be elementary in growing the PTX organisation’s maturity and efficiency. In this role you will be a key partner to the Senior Director of PTX Operations and create a well functioning collaboration between the product and technology teams and management with Business Operations, Risk, Compliance and other partners. In this, you will be leading in understanding the context, synthesising it, deriving a strategy and steer the change to its implementation for seamless collaboration of management and within project work. You will be working with an amazing team of operations experts, agile coaches, product & engineering managers and business operations as well as engaging other cross-functional stakeholders across the business.
In this role you will:
Create, develop and drive the PTX Operations Strategy in close partnership with the Sr. Director of PTX Operations
Source improvement potentials around internal collaboration and operative processes e.g. between product development teams and their business partners, meetings, org structure, management processes
Define and scope needs and drive the solutioning
Acquire and model the right data to run data driven decision making in a complex context
Create strategic presentations for cross-functional senior stakeholders
Set up change projects, run steering committees and coordinate their follow ups
Act as a key interface between PTX Operations and audit, compliance, risk, business operations and others
What you need to be successful:
3+ years experience in management consulting or a management role
Skilled strategizer, ideally with C-Level exposure in presentations
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage by metrics
Strong Excel / google sheets and slide writing skills are essential, you are able to convey a story out of data and make it presentable
An excellent understanding of business, product & marketing KPIs & OKRs and how they work together
Full professional proficiency in English - any further language combination a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Positive, can-do attitude
Comfortable in an ambiguous environment
