As a live-in carer, you will play a vital part in the success of our business, and we want you to feel as important as you are. Here at Helping Hands, we are the first home care provider to introduce a brand-new guaranteed hours contract with all the benefits of a salaried employee.
Support our customers in a variety of ways depending on their needs whilst living with them in their home. This could include but is not limited to –
Providing Companionship
Helping with personal care
Helping with mobility – some customers need assistance getting around their home
Overseeing medication and providing medical support
Help around the home with chores such as cleaning and vacuuming
Preparing and cooking meals
Running errands such as food shopping or picking up prescriptions
We recognise and understand that becoming a live-in carer is a great responsibility. By dedicating your time to the well-being of others, you become an arm for them to lean on, a listening ear for them to talk to and a treasured companion - imprinting their lives with your kindness.
There is no price that can be placed on the importance of your role as a live-in carer, but we want to be the first home care provider to try.
