Support our ‘Beyond Banking Law Team’ with all data privacy law matters related to MarTech & AdTech.

Your advice will include researching and answering legal questions within the team and drawing up pragmatic recommendations to internal stakeholders such as our product, tech and marketing teams as well as the management, to preparing communications to external parties, authorities and stakeholders. Furthermore, you will support the development of our Data Privacy Organisation and associated processes such as fulfilling all documentation obligations under the GDPR.

Participate in the negotiation and review of contracts related to MarTech & AdTech, in particular in the preparation and review of data processing agreements, data transfer and EU standard contractual clauses

Work closely together with internal stakeholders to conduct Privacy Impact Assessments and Registers of Processing Activities for all MarTech & AdTech related data flows

You will support setting up processes with other stakeholders to ensure efficient collaboration across teams.

You have successfully completed a degree in law and are a fully qualified lawyer

You have already successfully gained 1-3 years professional GDPR/data privacy law experience in Europe in a reputable law firm or the legal department of a (tech) company

You have an affinity for MarTech & AdTech, and digital marketing in general

You have excellent English skills, both in writing and orally

You are hands-on and eager to tackle new topics while demonstrating a quick grasp and experience in conceptual project work

You are a team player who can work independently
