As a Learning & Development Administrator, you would closely work with the Global Director of Learning & Development in order to implement innovative administration practices, develop relationships with internal and external partners while providing support for daily and ongoing L&D operations.

In this role you will:

  • Support the Global Director of L&D with executive assistance.

  • Maintain budgets and relationships with external suppliers.

  • Assist the L&D Leadership on various initiatives and programs to design and maintain administrative processes to support.

  • Head up the administrative support for L&D initiatives and programs, such as scheduling calendars, registering learners, participant enrolment and communications.

  • Develop and assist with internal communications to employees and other critical stakeholders on learning events, programming, etc.

  • Manage updates to L&D information sources, such as Confluence, Slack, etc.

  • Monitor and respond to/share learning requests (either via email, Slack or from the L&D Jira Service Desk).

We’d love to see you apply if you have:

  • Tenured experience as a Department Administrator or Executive Assistant.

  • Understanding of project management, expenses systems and budgeting.

  • Familiarity with L&D tools, like Learning Management Systems, is a bonus.

  • Excellent command of English at a professional level (written and verbal).

  • Experience in designing presentations and reports and facilitating; presentations for Senior Executives and large Town Hall audiences.

  • Competency and experience using digital tools, such as MS Office, Google Workspace, JIRA, Slack, and Zoom.
